Mentoring Expectations:
Develop a professional relationship with the 16-24 year old Career Connections participants through organized activities where the mentor will offer guidance, support, and encouragement.
You will help the participants by teaching them things through pre-organized activities that will help them learn more about the following skills:
Networking
Professionalism
Career Development
Career Exploration
Soft Skills
And many more!
